Initial 15 minute consultations are free. I charge $130 for 50 minute therapy sessions. I can take cash, credit cards, HSA and FSA cards.

You will receive an email prior to your first session with a link to intake paperwork. I will meet you in the waiting room when we are ready for session to begin.

I am paneled with Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and UnitedHealthCare. I also take HSA and FSA cards and can provide a superbill for out of network reimbursement. When submitting to insurance, a diagnosis is required for treatment, which then becomes a part of your permanent record.

I offer a 15 minute consultation that is over the phone or video, to understand your hopes for the counseling process. I can answer questions and from there begin assessing best steps moving forward.
